Once Upon a Time was created by Sharon Gall in 1996 with the goal of assisting Brides and Grooms with the planning of their special day…their Wedding Day.   Knowing that planning a wedding can be a stressful and time-consuming task, Sharon Gall is there for you from start to finish to offer a wealth of information, guide you through the planning process and ensure that your day is a dream come true.  Celebrating her 10th year as a Wedding Consultant and owner of Once Upon a Time, Sharon has had the pleasure of assisting hundreds of brides and grooms in the  planning their special day!  Whether r you are having your event in Southern California or out of state, Sharon has successfully executed weddings from San Diego to Santa Barbara, Colorado, Arizona and Oregon.  Sharon is there to ensure that each of her client’s Wedding Day is a smooth and successful event.  

Sharon Gall is a preferred vendor of the Four Seasons Newport Beach and a member of the Association of Bridal Consultants- Orange County.  Her experience includes nine years in the hospitality industry, including six years in assisting with weddings and special events for a 5-Star hotel.  Sharon also has a background in floral design and a B.A. degree in Communications.
